Will your decking be safe for my active children to play on?
Yes, Our decking is slip resistant, and stays cool to the touch even in summer. Your children will be able to walk on it with bare feet and not worry about splinters. Also our deck balustrade (fencing) is nearly a meter high and very strong.
How long does it take to install a deck?
We usually install decks in one day, usually in about 8 - 12 hours. We make the deck up in the workshop as a kit, and then put the kit together on site. This way there is less mess and distruption on site. However we make and fit garden decking fully on site, as these are usually larger decks.
What sort of surfaces can you fit decking on?
We can fit our decks on all types of ground. If there is grass or some sort of stone chippings, we place a small composite paver under the posts. The composite pavers are 6" square and are made up of a wood and plastic mix. They will not rot and can be hammered down to compact the ground below.
